Away again at Dalmeny Campground for the next 4 days. Arrived and was annoyed that the site I had booked was given to someone else .

Found another spot, if only the the north easter would let up.

Arrived at Thredbo Diggings tonight. Gee I love this place.

Tried to post a pic, but the scenery is so awesome it takes up too many megabytes!

Try and post a pic of your setup. We often go to the diggings when we are down the snow just to have a picnic and while I see lots of tents there, I don't see many vans. So keen to see how you set up.

@Macropod. We are in the open grass area. (Marked on the map.) Probably only spot you'd get into in your van

To be honest nothing...

I figure if I drive appropriately there should be no reason for my registration to be seen.

Thanks BigSkiddy - reckon we could get the big van in there no worries. I can see 4 bikes in your photo but only the normal Fiamma rack on the back of the van...have you worked out a way to get 4 bikes on that rack or have you got a rack on your A Frame ?

Got a homemade job on the A frame, go back a couple of pages on this thread and you'll see. Not sure how'd it go on the Expanda. Any questions let me know.

Having fun here. Just did a MTB ride and now going to jump on the surf ski in the river.

Nan and Pop have joined me in their appropriately named Coromal Popette.

Unfortunately they brought the 100kph wind gusts with them. It's started to ease now at least, earlier I had the roof down.

Had an awesome week at Thredbo, weather came good so stayed an extra day. Headed home to pickup the dog, mow the grass and grab the Christmas presents.
Now at Berrara in the front yard of my parents, to enjoy our first Christmas in the van.

Awning leg was in the way of the outdoor table when attached to the van.
