Welcome to the Prado family guys, we love ours, how does she go pulling the larger van. ours is diesel, I expect the petrol will pull better but she will be a bit thirsty I reckon. Do you use WDH or airbags?

Getting the airbags fitted this Friday. Havent had the van on the back yet so ill have to wait till the end of this month.
Yes i do have a HR tow hitch with the bars so it will be intresting to see how well it sits. On the cruiser it just didnt matter as it had big lift in it. Ill get some pics when i can.

Thanks

Lindsay

Thanks guys, The Hilux is the official Pilot vehicle to the Triton. We don't need to use it all the time though. It was a 4 month wait for a 3.0 Diesel, so opted for the V6 175KW. Clock up 1500km per week for work.

The Paj is the main tow vehicle but sometimes SWMBO lets me tow it with the SS on short trips away.

Hi Cougz & Aj,

Have you got any feedback on the Prado? I'm looking at purchasing the same, and am interested in your thoughts on Fuel economy, the 5 speed auto, and the car's general reliability. How many K's do you have?

Thanks
Andrew
