Best I order one then hey! Would you know the lengths they need to be? I can cut them to size which would make it easier when boarding!
sides 920mm front 2010mm long. I cut about 50mm off the length to achieve this. I think jayco just give you a little bit extra for good luck. Just looking at the last long piece on the ground (last bit to rivet on) there is no bulk to them but could get damaged if not in some sort of protected tube, especially being loaded by luggage handlers .

Thank you! Will try to take them on as hand luggage! Or is it flexible, could I roll it?

@Nagga's ... As @barney120 said the bed end will definitely be able to be carried on the plane (Probably as hand luggage LOL)
The sail tracks come pre-cut but I had to trim about 40mm off them to get the clearance on the corners.
Front one just over 2 metres and the side ones are about 900mm +

If you click on my link in post #251 above it shows a few pics of the installation and some brief instructions.
Can forward what @Marv_mart sent to me if he doesn't get back to you!

No need for the privacy screens with them @carpanda as the canvas bed ends also have a mesh screen but I'll be leaving mine hooked up under the bed lid for use on short stays.
yes I agree, dagree, I will leave my on but obviously wont put privacy screens down if there is any sign of bad weather, just put on waterproof ones and then it won't really matter what the weather does because they are really all season bed ends in one.Barney

How do you hook up the PSs out of the way when using BEFs? I want to do the same but haven't come up with a workable method yet

Just leave them clipped up on the press studs under the hard lid as they are when setup for travelling @Marv_mart
Mine are clipped on but hang down so when folding down hard lid they always get in the way and need to be held under especially just as the lid is closed otherwise they stick out and/or get in the way of the locks.
Pics of how you do yours appreciated.

Will get a pic tomorrow if I get home before dark @Marv_mart . Will try and explain tho!!!!
The upper press stud that hold the sides of the PS's to the van have a mating stud where the outer/lower/front on the corner of the PS (where the rubber ring is). When packing up the sides get folded in and under and the press studs are clipped together! Clear as mud?????

Thinking a pic will be easier to explain ;)
