All good, maybe. Awning and roof rack off. Rough measure says 1.98m with a bit of a bend on the top half of the tape......allow an extra 0.01m for the tape to straighten.......more than an inch clearance.........and if it comes to it I can always airdown by a centimetre or two more.....I'll let you know how I go......
I thought you said you don't let air out of your tyres!:boink:

Yeah, the Toyo's get very good feedback. I went with Falken, but that was an availability question - Toyo were the top of my shopping list (in the weird size I needed 285/65R18)

The new boots. $304.50 each including disposal fee. Gotta be happy with that!

@rags once I have a chance to focus them, I 'll let you know. At less than $300 each and providing a good spread they seemed like good value. I realised early on that I don't drive fast enough to need to see 1km down the road.....

Just a question bro first they do look good
But do you think this type of stuff on the front blocks air getting in or restricts it would light bars be better to let more air in ??????????

I don't believe so. Look at all of the modern cars that have very little open frontage for airflow. Not to mention potential lawsuits if they did cause problems.

I'll let you know if the beast runs any warmer when I head home.

Just back in Deni. Admittedly a coolish day but the temp stuck to it's normal position. So no noticable change in running temp as expected.

Asked a guy at Kerang when I filled about his, 2 spots in the bar and light bar on top and a ton of extra gear hanging of his 75 series ute. All the additional temp guages inside to apparently. He recons his temps stay within 20 degrees of prefitting lights.

So I think I'll go back to not worrying....
