Spent the weekend at Soldeirs Point Big4 with famil-in-laws.
Had a couple of sites way down very back of park, very quiet and just to my liking, a little hike to fabulous new amenities but over all good weekend!

Very envious of all who enjoyed the week-end in their expandas, myself, drove a coach up and down from blacktown to katoomba for a rail closure in rain, fog, and enjoyed the company of complaining public (it was my fault the trains were not running) but it will be nice on payday as i racked up big hours. All money going towards holiday to gold coast next school hols.

Packed the van early for this weekends escape to a day on the green. Very busy week at work this week so haven't had much time to do the packing. Looking forward to a weekend of good company, good wine and good music.

Matt, you heading to Mudgee? We are heading up also Friday and staying in Riverside CP - Short Street. Taking another couple (they get the bunks) - Might see you there

Sounds like the park we're booked in, I'll have to check with my mate who booked it for us both. Will more than likely see you there.

Went to Stanthorpe for the Apple and grape festival. Had a great weekend and the Panda towed well. Getting used to how the Challenger tows a bit differently to the Hilux. Saw a few Pandas on the way back... Waved to all but not always reciprocated- but that wouldn't have been any from here i am sure! ;)

We went to Lake Bullen Merri at Camperdown for a fishing comp through my work social club. It was a great weekend we were camped at the angling club grounds and it was the first time we have free camped in the van and it went great. Come home today night shift tonight yippee!

Took a drive out to Wombeyan Caves in search of some new campsites. Stopped at Wollondilly River Station, didn't look too bad. Tried talking to the caretaker...I'll just say that it's not worth dragging my van out there.
Nearly got taken out about 3 times by on coming cars, they were going too quick, on one occasion I had to chuck it into reverse as they skidded towards me.
Daughter threw up from all the bends, luckily she got the door open in time, no spew in the Jeep.
Got to Wombeyan Caves, nice quiet spot. Would only go there if with a large group of friends as there is not a lot to do.

@BigSkiddy Did you do any of the caves? I went there last year and the guided cave tour is ver cool.

We came in via Goulburn with the van on which is a lot more van friendly.

As for my weekend I got called into work Sunday arvo and had to do a job at Taggerty through the Black Spur right at the botton of the Cathederal Ranges.......not a bad backdrop :)
