Can you post a close up photo of the clips? Fantastic idea. Do they all need to be removed before folding the bed down?

here is a hi res pic of the same picture, you should be able to zoom in and see the different type of clips used. some of the items are not level - this is done so that they only can move to one side when travelling. stopping them from falling out.

there are 4 different type of clips - 1) orange hook, 2) large black clip form, 3) and 4) small white clips but two different sizes

G'day Adam. How do you think you'll go with a max ball loading of 192kg on your compliance plate? Seems very small for a 3T van.

solar panels are on the back/ cruiser spar/caravan spare and foxtel dish are on the back. i have also requested the plate to be upgraded by jayco factory in the next few weeks.

Good one. I just got my compliance plate back today after asking them to do the same. Not sure where they come up with the original max ball load figures.

so what did you have and what was it increased to?

I've got a 18.57-9 with an ATM of 2692kgs. It had 218kgs max ball loading. I asked for 270 (10% of ATM) and they had no problems doing it, and got it back today with the 270.

i upgraded from that exact van. had it for 12 months 2012 model. it was great - had its warranty issues as normal. but did over 30,000 km in it. i was not looking to change the van until i saw the one i have now.

30K in 12 months is a great effort. We've only had ours since October but loving it.

we have 4 kids, well 3 now as one does not come with us anymore. we did many mods to the van, pretty much the same as the van we have now.

We've got 3 and the layout seems to work really well for us. Yeah I haven't stopped doing things to it since I got it. Am just waiting for my toolbox to come back from the fabrication shop so I can fit it up and finally get the Weber and Genny in there.

Yeah I checked them out the other day. Awesome to say the least. Anything to make the whole experience easier, especially with kids.
