He'll all

I am curious how many people out there have done mods to there vans?
Count them up and post how many you have.
Even if there a copy then that's great, the more the merrier. Never to big or small either too count.
Are we all mod Junkies or just a few of us.

I dare ya to name them all?

MOD'S = It stands for "modify" or "modification"

Hi Lara. Do you have some pics that show where you store the hoses on the hooks?

Sorry Josh Hick, I nearly forgot, thanks for reminding me!
I have all 3 hose bags on removable hooks behind the hard lid. Got the idea from someone else on the forum, just cant remember who?? Gives me a stack more room in the front hatch now!
One bag is the fresh water hose. The other 2 are for sullage. I have cut my 10m sullage hose into 4m+4m+2m length. Better draining with as short a hose as possile. Another mod taken from another member. Now the reason for the 2 sullage bags instead of one: If I put all 10m sullage into one bag its too thick for the hard lid to close, so problem solved, 4 metres in one bag and the other 6 metres in the other bag. Works great!
Here's the pic!

:) Hello all

I am so jealous of you all.
I have no van at the moment so the shed is stacked to the roof with all of the caravan gear, so no mod's for me at the moment.

Thats why I am addicted to this web site. It is because of the amount of thought that goes into these mod's but yet sometimes the simplest mod's are the ones that are looking you right in the face, but its not until someone else points it out to you that you think why didn't I think of that.

Mod's = Nil - but eagerly awaiting to get started on the new van.

Buy the way Lara the first mod on the new van, I will have to thank you for the great idea for the hose bags on the front bed end hatch. That's gonna be priority number 1 for the new hotel on wheels.

thanks

Hi Lara love the idea with the hose bags, but Mrs CR thinks they will swing and scratch the surfaces. Have you found this to happen?

Hmmm, not yet, but so far only travelled short distances. Will be doing the 6 hour drive to crescent head tomorrow morning so will see how it goes.
I could always use some removable double sided tape and attach some of that non slip drawer liner onto the lid behind the bags!
Thanks Chartrock!
