been a busy last night - the Boss was cracking the whip (not in the house - unfortunately)
this is what we originally had, as I was in Howards Storage in Cannington - and they didnt have exactly what I wanted.........
basket size is 410mm wide by 520mm long by 150mm deep

so after much searching - as I said - Bunnings, Masters, shop fitting places.......
NOTHING
cupboard dimensions are
overall width - 505mm, BUT only 450mm opening at door
1050mm high
550mm deep
everything I found was either 520mm overall or 470mm basket
some were 420mm overall, with a basket of 350mm
AHHHHHHHHHH this is driving me crazy..................

the baskets are 430mm by 430mm by 185mm deep
overall width is 470mm
overall depth is 490mm
so it fits like a glove

only a few problems fitting (wouldn't be me with out having problems, now would it........????)
had to cut the top bar to size - from 1100mm long
but
I had to make 2 cuts, as in the middle is an opening thingy for the down posts to "hang off"
SORTED - had to find 1.2mm cutting wheel for Grinder
now to fit..........
"Oh fer fooks sake..........."
Jayco has one of those plastic "corner" braces for the side and back right where I want to hang the top bar....................
cannot go below, as it wont fit the down posts........ damn thing
have to go above
so its now about 75mm too high, and I would have had a shelf at the top.......
bugga....... oh well, plow on........
(thought this morning, "why didnt you just move the corner bracket????????" - tosser.... later job........)

Hard to tell in the pics but did you get the tinted ones?

Howards storage in Joondalup......... very very helpful man.............
I've got it made already for you Bigcol just got to give me the measurement(add 1" each end to the length of the awning ) . Those tinted windows aren't as dark as you'd think hey, just takes the edge of the glare, having said that we have the clears cause that's what I'm told I like.
it shall be done - not today, I've been fighting with a car to change the 2nd battery...... you name it - it was wrong............
