Well, tomorrow Bruce is getting some Tough Dogs fitted.

I'm rather looking forward to this all happening.

Will put up some before and after pictures when he comes out of hospital.

Be keen to hear your thoughts after its all done mate. My Tough Dog kit is still sitting here waiting for a bullbar to go on first. (supposedly two weeks away)

Cheers

Did you go for the foam cell shocks Mick? And what rating rear leaves?

Cheers
Shane

Shane, the set up is as follows:

Heavy Duty front foam cell.

Medium Duty rear with big bore foam cell.

Was supposed to have greasable shackles, but they have not yet been released.

Great outcome Mick, looks very tough now mate:boxing:

I think the setup you went for would be great with the heavier TJM bar and winch on the front.

Looks excellent Mick.
I would have sworn based on your pics that you have taken the car through for a full paint job also.

I didn't like the colour of the first photo, but that was later at night the day before fitting, the second photo was as soon as the suspension was done, more sunshine.

Very happy so far, the ride is a bit firmer than the OEM, but the OEM had sagged about 40mm and the front was riding on the bump stops.

Hows the BT going Mick?

Have you done anymore mods to it?

Hey there CD, the suspension is firming up a bit, but this will change when I get around to making rear storage drawers.

Still waiting for the side steps, should be about 2-3 weeks, (fingers crossed).

You still enjoying yours?

Yes mate really enjoying and towing the Expanda with it is a pleasure.

The weekend just gone I had a my motorbike in the back with the Expanda getting towed behind and it was a great weekend away and another reason for getting back into a ute ;)

I'm actually just looking at doing a suspension upgrade myself :thumb:
