So after reading all about the Tow-Pro and the other inertia based controllers, it dawned on me that my Hayman Reese controller (an old non intertia version) is not compatible with my ESC.
It would have been nice for Jayco Sydney to actually provide some details on the correct controllers to be compatible with ESC since it was factory fitted, that way I would not have been driving around thinking ESC was providing me with some protection, when it most likely wouldn't have worked properly when I really needed it.
I have just purchased the latest version of the Tow-Pro today, and shan't be driving the van again before it fitted and calibrated.
