@SMJ *Try posting a bit more so your post isn't boring* not ideal but even possibly hire a vehicle for the weekend with towbar and brake controller (not sure if they are available just another potential option)

Well finally we will have our van next Wednesday.Unfortunatly we have no vehicle to tow it so it will be delivered,posible wait for towbar is 8 weeks..
This means no van for meet up next weekend
tell them YOU will ring Parkside Towbars, and have them over in 1 day - 8 weeks my left foot
sounds like they are trying a "brickie" on you
Why would I ring Parkside (which I have already done anyway) when ford already have done and numorous other non genuine suppliers.They have been very helpful trying to get us one.Closest non genuine we can get is 5 weeks.

be careful with the weber hose I know people got the wrong connections. So I just paid the money Mr Weber outlet wanted

Yeah agree with @davemc we got our hose from BCF cost an arm and a leg but they had 20% off Weber accessories so good timing and a bit cheaper.
BCF do sell them from memory... Just make sure you get the weber brand to be sure as the pimple faced staff probably wouldn't have an idea what they are talking about if you ask them!
@SMJ *Try posting a bit more so your post isn't boring* ,When we got ours about 6 weeks ago there is only one genuine Weber gas hose cable to plug in (3 metres long), we also found that the Getaway Outdoors stores in WA are a specialised Weber dealer, so we got our high lid baby Q from them, they have heaps of Weber kit in their stores and very helpful.
Got mine from kleenheat in Joondalup.
