Pop Top Roof Mis-aligned

We are waiting on a call back regarding some similar roof issues and a bow in our shower wall. So far we have been happy with responses to warranty issues, hope that feeling remains! Having the closest major dealer 1600 km's away though doesn't make fixes easy.
