I thought about contacting the dealer to see if he could do anything but as are picking up the van on Thursday I don't like my chances. Might just make a cheeky comment before handing over the cheque!! Might be able to swindle something from the accessories shop

Just so you all don't feel ignored....

On reflection, maybe we didn't haggle enough when we signed up so they felt sorry for us and threw in the extras to appease their consciences.

Still haven't used some of the stuff.

Either way we were happy!
