Just set up and my toilet wont flush I have looked and found the fuse blown underneath I replaced it and nothing . Ive pulled the pump out and it seems seized but im reading there is another fuse and control panel .also how does the pump come apart it appears to be in cased in a blue cover and I cant find the end of the lead .any help appreciated.oh its a 07 18.57
