Fridge Door doesn`t lock?

Hi People.

I notice that my fridge door does`t stay locked while towing. Every time I check out the van after driving my fridge contents have rolled out all over the floor. It seems the little slide down lock rides up. Anyone else had this?

I was thinking about fitting a strap around the fridge to fix it???

Any other ideas or experiences?

I have read on here somewhere that the lock can be spun 180' so it can be used as a lock when travelling and kept unlocked when not.

Hey CoastRunner,

I had the same problem in my Swan where clip just wouldn't hold the door shut so I put a child lock for a fridge on and just lock it up while travelling.

I`ll have a look at some child door locks and see if I can find one that suits the fridge door.
