So. It would appear the 14-16ft cover doesn't quite fit the 16ft expanda:doh:
Have to get the 16-18 one.
The 16-18 one from bcf was too big. Hopefully the aldi one is a bit neater fit.

I found that with another brand of cover, the 20-21 foot cover did not fit a 21ft Expanda (Actually I sold it to a guy with a 16 footer)

Always look at the actual dimensions in meters of the covers and match it to the actual length of the van.

It seems that the foot sizing used varies significantly, particularly when dealing with Chinese feet :)

Yeah. Tell me about it. What I reckon is 12 inches can often be mistaken for less :biggrin:

Picked up the TV. Tried it out yesterday using the supplied 12v plug and my wind up winguard ariel. I am very impressed with the reception.
One problem if you intend to just sit the TV on a bench is that the stand is a large black glass one that needs to be screwed to the tv. It would make packing it away a PIA. I'm going to use a ceiling mount off the bottom of one of the cabinets, so this won't affect me.

Yeah, wouldn't think many caravaners at Ermington. Best place to find gear is Macquarie Park, all uni students there.

I was quite impressed with the TV, my van is plugged into the shed aerial but the picture was great and I like the 12v, which is what I will use all the time and with all the connections you may need, can plug laptop in as well as HDD via HDMI and most important I can hear the bloody thing, can also PVR, record shows...pity buggerall on free TV worth recording.

If anyone is in need of any Aldi stuff since we have 3 in Toowoomba, if you have Paypal I could pick up if it's available here and post to you, whether that would still make it economical ????? but the offer is there folks.
Only a 25km drive to the smoke and usually a good excuse to see a couple of G/kids.
