Breakaway switch / plug theft!!

hello fellow expanda owners, has anyone out there experienced the low act of some one theifing their breakaway switch/ plug off their van?? if so, does anyone know to get the van safely moved as well. look forward to your responces.

.... According to my manual, there should be an instruction book for the break safe system but there is no such instruction book in the package we got today. I'm do sorry. The best I could suggest it road side assistance. We have the highest cover so our van is covered too. All the best
