Its time to change the name of this thread navaras so good i got rid of it
the Navara was mighty unit, and it had its day in the sun. The 5 year eventually had to come around at some point. Should i mention how bloody close you came to having one ???

Ah @Crusty181 I for one am so glad you bought a new vehicle, I don't think it would matter what brand it was we would all still take the p!ss and have a laugh
Au contraire, i suspect the brand mattered substantially. There would not nearly be as much value in my buying a Nissan, or more particularly another Navara. But its not like ive been very vocal on car brands in the past, ive kept my opinions pretty quiet i thought. :bolt:

Ha, thats what I was thinking when I read about the great deal they were offering ................................ just a normal Lease offer but with "Bling " of a fancy Toyota slogan.

On my recent sojourn from Yarrawonga to SA, I got to see what its like to drive a Cruiser again but with the comfort of my Holden, a bluddy big head wind meant I was burning fuel like a Cruiser with the need for a wheel barrow of cash at each refuel point......................thankfully the home run I had a tail wind so only needed a small ice cream container to hold the cash for fuel...............

By all account the propaganda machine at Toyota have hit a home run, and the hordes are climbing all over the Access Finance deal, silly buggers.

Meanwhile the word from my new masters is they will be taking extra special care in the construction and preparation of the new tow beast, and they might send it my way in August ..... at the September end. They say it will be well worth the wait, and I believe them.

Ill start a new Crusty's Troopy page in due course, and any referecne to previous vehicles, or what I may or may not have said in the past will be strictly forbidden.

In the mean time we've also bought a little tin foil boat which I'll add some nuggets of info on

I will be like a Royal visit, so I expect all the trimmings and youll be wearing your uniform for a parade (quick tip, your shoes will not be spit polished to anywhere near my satisfaction, Ill guarantee that. So bring a toothbrush and some potatoes, you'll need them)

Ill have 3 foot high tyres, twin diff locks and a thumping V8. Its safe to say you two hecklers will need to keep those snatch straps handy to stop the Troopy from accidentally moving the local beach a few km's further up the coast ... with you along with it

A G60, what made you downgrade to a Holden? :bolt:

The G60 was the only decent 4wd nissan ever made
