why would you need them............... realistically
unless the underside is completely covered, other things will get damaged before those things
the Sliders on my car are level with the chassis - to help
not 3 inches higher
Might help protect against minor impacts against gate posts and trees etc - low speed stuff that can happen when trying to manoeuvre into tight spots?

Jayco still can't line up the black chequer plate with the fixtures and fittings on the van.
On ours the access hatches stick up above the horizontal line of the black chequer plate.
On the van above they seemed to have fixed that but the black portion of the door into the van has different lines. First world issue but it looks out of place.

Typical Jayco.........."New Model Leaked"............Never mind fix it before warranty runs out.
I reckon it will be a tougher model and they are going after the goldstream etc market? Last show goldstream had a rinho model very similar to this and it was about $65-70k if you think how well standard Jaycos stand up to stuff it wouldn't be hard to do a bit extra to get them a tad tougher and get competitive ?
