Ah well we have regretfully sold my beloved expanda, and we are going back to a camper trailer, we do a lot of bush bush camping we were missing out on trips or sleeping in the car or in swags as we couldn't get the panda in anywhere, so for the next three years until we leave for our trip we are back in a camper trailer, anyway this is what I'm after
2005-10 ish
Hot water systems
External/maybe internal shower
Roll out awning not bagged
Battery/ trickle charge
Solar would be nice but not important
If anyone has anything or knows someone pleas let me no.

I'm not sure if this is what you are after, I know it is not a Jayco. :p But if you would like more info then I'll PM you a phone number. The only other problem is it is on the Gold Coast

G'day Youngy. Please do yourself a favour and trot down to your local Jayco dealer and hava ganda at the Swifty, Hawk, Swann range. Especially the outback range.
Couple years ago when I started looking at vans again I went to a camping expo here in Melbourne. My criteria was a bit different to your. I wanted something small enough to go anywhere but not a caravan. I really looked hard at camper trainers coz they small, compact and cheap. The only thing I saw that even half met what I wanted was the Cub Camper. It was $17000. And then I would need to get a fridge and extra beds.
Then I found the Swift. I call mine Swifty. $17000 brand new on the road, no more to pay. Sleeps 5, has fridge stove all built in. I got the bag awning (I will be polite about that) and the bed flys. All included in the price. My only regret now, well two actually, is the bag awning and I really wish I had got the outback version.
Now I went looking again this year. Honestly, I didn't see anything better than what I have got.

Thanks everyone, but I have done the soft floor camper, that does nothing but create arguments in the camp with us lol, not a good start to a trip, I'm going to stick with jayco, I'm a little bit bias, I'm still looking, the markets seems to be flooded since Easter has finished, but still nothing catching out eye, and my panda went out the driveway this afternoon, (with a tear in my eye) so seriously looking to get something back in the drive, I'll travel nsw or Vic

Looks like I am heading the other direction. We just ordered a 17-56.2 outback at the Melbourne caravan show and now have our Jayco Outback Dove 2011 with Simplicity suspension and truma gas heater on the market. Has had most things added to it.

Price is negotiable to forum members. Let us know if you are possibly interested.

Hi @createit and welcome to the forum.
I'd suggest you add your own post in the For Sale section of the forum..... Will give it more exposure.

This one was on our short list, but we settled for one with a hot water system, not overly happy about going back to a camper so it had to have some comforts
