Had the same problem....
1. Ensure doors and windows closed to stop general condensensation-fan on high.
2. Water dripping from led and unit. Unscrew the 6 Allen heads under the black side panels that unclip (clear water ...about 200 mil will drop).
3. Get on roof and jamb a toothbrush in the front 2 holes at roof level (mine were blocked and dribbled soon as I cleared them) this let,a moisture drain across roof top instead of backing up into van.
