My Husband wants to put a tool box on our new expanda 17.52.1 (delivery approx mid Feb 1012). We can extend the A frame 300mms to accommodate a tool box at the front. It means moving gas bottles and spare tyre. Any suggestions or ideas? Jenny

You will definitely need the A-frame extension if you want to do this. Keep the towball weight in mind when you do this, could cause you some issues. Elsewhere on the forum there is a disscussion about this and one of the better idea's I remember was fitting the gas bottles inside the toolbox.

I'm also looking at a tool box. We have a standard aframe. If you look on Ebay at "Aluminium storage tool box trailer ute tray cabinet" you will find a lot on there. Also there was a post from Bully 66672 about a toolbox he got for his van. If you look under Video's and Photo's under the heading of "17.56-2 mods " You will see his excellent tool box.
