How are you finding the optitech?

We've had ours for a while now and love it but the bracket was a beast to,fit to the draw bar....everything we need to do it required a new tool or a different size.

(That's one of the items on our "must have" list for the new van....300 mm of space on the draw bar for the optitech bracket)

We had a problem with it first off , found to be battery problem , only drama with it now it does NOT have any traction on grass we run ply under it , the camper trolly we have is too small , but had the grass traction to burn, the little bugger would dig holes if you let it.

Ours blew a fuse when we connected to the Anderson plug on the van....all fixed now ....and I've been really pleased with how little power it draws from the battery.

Don't lose the remote...it won't work without it..ours had a holiday for a couple of months till we found the safe place we'd stored it.

Thankfully, we use ours on concrete and it takes the van up a reasonable incline and is easy to use for manoeuvring.....much better than burning out the clutch on the car!

I seem to remember they did a demo with the ply on grass.....its just slower but seems to work.
