Box mounted and new gas lines fitted. View attachment 20749
Had to move the front tap too for better access. View attachment 20750
Box is as close to van as possible to allow better reversing and turning circle. View attachment 20751
Hence moving gas regulator to the front. View attachment 20752

Important fact, make sure your regulator is higher than the gas bottle screw in valve. Allows moisture water to run away from the regulator, not into it.
Very nice, like the pig tails, very neat. Where do I put my order in?:)

Have you any plans for that area under the box? The old spare wheel area.

Heh @macca I was thinking of putting my weber trolley table thing under there and just strapping it in.
It fits, already checked.

Diamond t products in browns plains did the work for the box.. Talk to Kylee, tell her Dean from Ausplay had one made.. They where great to work with, all I did was give them photo's of @Brad & Donna's design and they made it happen. $700 complete. Made it under a week. The box is standard (AP1250) they just added the extra's.

I bought the marine ply to support the under side, painted it again after cutting to size, mounted the box to the existing gas bottle frame mounts and re-used the gas bottle supports in the wing extensions.

My mate did the gas work as a love job, trade off for some playground grass I'm supplying him for his kids swing set.
His also re-plumbing the waste pipes on the van and getting better fall from the sink and shower as mine is quite restrictive.

And lucky enough had @TTBRIDGE built and designed the new spare tyre carrier on the back..
