Did you end up getting a few more things sorted?
Yes. Dropped it in and got the tow pro elite installed as well as the polyairbags . Forgot to ask what they found with the wiring for the plug. Will plug it in tomorrow and see if I got ESC lights or not. Saturday I'm going hunting for a taller jockey wheel and then Tuesday she get tinting on the front two windows and the 12 v outlets and an Anderson plug. The panda wagon will get an Anderson plug on Friday to match. Decided to get the auto sparky to install the radio.
You installed all your goodies yet?

Keen on hearing what the issue with ESC was? When/If you find out.

It was, so it seems. The simple fix of actually putting a wire onto a pin.
Decided to get an Anderson plug for the car and van to run the fridge. That's happening Tuesday for the car and Friday for the van.

So it's all coming together.

You need a holiday!

Totally agree with you there, roll on the 8th ....we're off to coral bay!!

Todays mission is to try and source a taller jockey wheel and an attachment for the sullage hose as I think the original went out with the old hose, and to get some D clips to mount the table under the van.

after looking in the cruiser manual, I may need lessons on what I need to press to take it on the soft sand, otherwise it will be a 'learn as you go'......hmmm

Well the taller jockey wheel has been put on hold. A quick trip out to caravan land resulted in a longer drop shank which, now we are home, has dropped it enough.

wow that has dropped it a long way, it must be sitting very high :)

Also the airbag valves look good on the back.
Bit worried that the airbag nozzles sit out a bit far. I guess they are ok as they are inline with the plug. The patrols' was way under the car so was protected and away from fidgeting fingers.......if you know what I mean.
But I agree, should look good with the rest of the electrics in/on.
Hit another snag with the car. Luckily when we built the house 18 yrs ago, we added 6 courses to the garage roof. Unfortunately the car is so high that the roofrack with the rail around the outside won't fit at all. Bugger! Looks like it may have to be the flat tradies type. Really wanted it for coral bay so we could take the kayaks, but I'm running out of time.....unless I chuck a sickie....hmmm.
