Greg is having a custom made tool box made and it will take our new 2.4kva Yamaha generator. He also want to carry fuel for genie in box and has asked for a 150mm x100m vent in side of box. Can anyone tell us if the one vent will be enough or do we need two.?
Regards Jenny and Greg

This is the plan for the tool box. A lot of research and I guess "wheeling and dealing" to get the box design at the right price. We got the low lid so will not have to lift genie up to high.

Some further comments from hubby The box is been custom built to take Yamaha Gennie 2.4 kva and Higher enough to fit 20 litre Jerry can standing up. Material is 2.5 mm aluminum checker plate. It has a rubber seal around opening for water and dust proof. Also has a small vent put in so we can carry fuel safely. If anyone would like more info I can send detailed specs. One of my main concerns was weight and size of box. I showed the plan to a jayco dealer who has given it the thumbs up. Fingers crossed time will tell.
