Recently stayed at Scott's Head holiday park on a trip north to Brisbane. Located between South West Rocks and Nambucca Heads, the park is situated pretty much on the beach. There are a small number of cabins and plenty of powered and unpowered sites; some powered sites with concrete slabs. There are several amenities blocks around the park which are kept very clean. The camp kitchens have BBQ, fridge and microwave. Just outside the park is a general shop, bottle shop, pharmacy, bakery and butcher. Good surfing and fishing at nearby beaches several of which have viewing platforms for whale watching. The bowling club adjacent to the park has a wide selection of amber liquids to choose from plus a good choice of meals. Free wi-fi (daily limits apply) and good mobile reception. Pet friendly outside of holiday times. Definitely on our list of places to go back to. Here are a couple of photos of the beach - perfect for a long relaxing walk.
