Roof seal not sealing when latched down

G'day guys i have a 09 model 16 series expanda and when roof is latched down tight the seal on rear of roof does not touch on van leaving a gap of about 10mm in centre,roof is flat it is as if body of van has a slight concave in it.Has any one came across this before,i was thinking of sticking some high density foam on body of van to take up gap? cheers

Can you post a photo Dan?. I know this may sound funny, but with our van, when we lower the roof, sometimes the catches dont line up and we raise and lower it in a different manner then they do line up. Have you tightened the roof catches up a bit by winding them in a few turns (*Try posting a bit more so your post isn't boring*).
