Reposition spare wheel

Could any body please give me information to transfer my spare wheel to the rear.
I heard you can use a drop down bar of some kind .Could some one send in some photos if possible and also tell me where i can get the drop down bar.Also i would like to fit a storage tube in the same position.Thanks.

See the search function, quite a few threads. I posted plans if you want to do it yourself or member Zerosecta makes a suitable bar you can purchase off him very reasonably.
