Hi all,
We'll here's another recipe where you can have the beautiful flavour of roast in half the time,
Mmmmmmm......roast !!!!
This is very similar to the Quicky roast chicken, changing up a few little things to make it easy for camping.
Prep time 10 mins
Cook time 45 mins
Start with leg of lamb, take out the leg bone. You don't have to be a butcher, just follow the bone with a small knife, it comes out easily.

Lay it out flat, making some small cuts following the grain of the meat the thicker sections roll out to make an even thickness for the entire roast.

Next comes flavour, this one and my favourite. Good rub all over with salt pepper and olive oil. Place in a aluminium tray skin side down, then I smother with crushed garlic and then put about a glass of red wine over the top. Put n fridge and sit for a couple of hours.

Pre heat the webber, just on low. Place roast straight on grill, skin side down.
Close the lid and leave it alone for 20 mins, don't muck around with it or turn it over.
