17' Series Pajero rear door opening with Trigg hitch

Hi folks
Can anyone tell me from experience, will I be able to open the rear door of my 2007 Pajero when the 2015 17.56-2 Outback is attached with a trigg hitch (and extended draw bar)??

@Pilchards would it be possible for you to post a pic of your Van attached? We also have an NS pajero and have a 17.56.1 on order with a Trigg hitch.

Our experience with a Trigg hitch on our camper trailer was not the body of the trailer but the 'hitch tongue' it self, is as high as the door so when we opened the door, the bottom of the spare wheel would hit the Trigg prevententing us from opening.

having said that we took off the option of the extended drawbar..

Yes the hand brake came with it. Just bolt straight on to the same bolt pattern.
