Official Weights of Van .

Got hitch fitted up today on vehicle
18.57.8 official weights. How do they compare to yours Nisspat , given you have the same van mate ?

ATM - 2783 KG

GTM - 2593 KG

TARE - 2308 KG

TOW BALL - 190 KG

16th December . We cant wait. Heading from Cairns this Monday & running down the centre of QLD doin a bit of Wild Game Harvesting on the way.

Hmmm, I can see yours is a bit heavier . All I can remember is my tare was 2252kg.
I fly back home this evening than take off for
our first trip for a couple of days, so i'll let you know soon.

It is interesting to note your tare is 56 kg heavier.

Our 17.56-2 which we collect Monday has a tare of 1808kg, approx 50 kg heavier than most vans made earlier in the year. Have the factory started doing something different? Is this part of the "War on Warranty"? Or is it just the way it is.

I joked that Gerry Ryan must have left his wallet in the van when it was being weighed!:heh:

Our new 16.49-3OB has Tare of 1845, GTM of 1991, ATM of 2170.

This gives us a load capacity of only 325 when I believed shower vans had load of 375.....

Our 17.56-1 weights are:
Tare: 1707kg
GVM: 2033kg
ATM: 2182kg

This includes the extras of roof aircon, larger 150L firdge, full oven/grill/stove, twin 9kg gas bottles, drop jacks.
