Just spent 3 nights over the NSW October long weekend at this property

Location: Howes Valley on the Putty Rd - Approx 2hr north west of Sydney CBD, 1hr from Cessnock area

Info: https://www.chapmanvalleyhorseriding.com/camping/

Pool: No

Cost: $15.00 per person per night.

Cabins: possibly, didn’t check but saw something that could pass as cabins

WiFi: No

Pets: Yes but on lead and usual pick up.

Mobile/TV: 1 bar on Telstra 3G. Didn’t have a TV to check for reception but highly doubt it.

Facilities: Toilets, disabled toilet, showers. Clean and fairly new located at the office down the front of the property near the communal camp areas.

Contact: (02) 6579 4593

Comments: Un-Powered flat sites in the communal area with plenty of room to spread out. The owners encourage at least a 50m gap between sites.
Fires allowed, restrictions dependant, with split firewood sold on site in bags for $10.00 equivalent in size to the bags you get from the servo.
We went for a drive around some of the property some of the tracks being 4WD (mud map provided). Found some of the secluded camping sites they offer and have identified a few for future visits some being touring and OB Expanda accessible.
We experienced great communication via email in the lead up to our stay. The owners are great trusting country type people.

Apparently there were 115 adults booked over the weekend (children under 16 free so not counted) but we were hard pressed to see that many due to the spaciousness provided.

Horse riding available for a cost, check website for prices etc.

This is bush camping with no water available and a take out what you take in policy. It is a working cattle property with also a lot of horses. Expect to dodge manure on the ground
