Well went to caravan show new Journey there for those interested took a couple of pics as different.
Did not take many pics of vans was a same same sort of show. Bunk Crosstrack in a couple of sizes...
Full 17" van. big side boot to store bikes etc was a good idea. Also had a swing up extender bench.
If you have 2 kids be interesting vs the 19 Journey and save $5k.
Although $ wise the new Starcraft their touring only $46k

Only van we would of went home with was a 23" Lotus offroad 4 bunk. Rear ensuite.. Although east-west bed and $97k

I like the e/w bed idea, seems a better use of space ???

if a queen or king probably.. Jayco love the smaller then a double mattress :) 120cm wide.
A king single which I had as a kid is 106 wide :) A normal single is 92.. a double 137.. Our smaller then queen 22.68 is 145. so only 8cm smaller then home. 25cm too small.. When your large yourself then even worse :)

My son is waiting for lockdown to end so him and his partner can take delivery of their van in this layout.
Resale would be the only reason i wouldnt. Straight up its a 500mm better use of van length. More stuff in a 20ft van, or the same stuff in a 19ft'er. Seems pretty logical to me

I hear all the whining about climbing over each other to get out, but thats an old people problem

They are planning on keeping it for a long time as they don’t have kids yet. They didn’t want to the 19ft either, both preferred the shorter design. Jayco have taken it of the list now though.
