Navara Recall

PLEASE don't turn this into a Navara bashing thread but I came across this RECALL information.

I thought I would share this as I thought it might apply to some forum members and I hope it doesn't affect your Navaras.


''Nissan Australia is recalling about 40,000 Navara utes over a defect that can cause the chassis rails to bend or crack.
The problem affects Navara D40s manufactured in Spain between July 2005 and January 2010 and fitted with Nissan Australia genuine accessory towbars.''

Had mine done last week ,no chassis rail damange and fitted brand 3000 kg nissan tow bar for $ 0
