Hi @Bargie987, I know its not free camping, but we stayed at Jamieson Caravan Park on the weekend and its a great park on the Jamieson River. Great park with clean amenities and friendly staff in Geoff and Tracey, they will even supply fire drums for a small charge. They had powered and non powered sites, we had a powered site and it was $60 for two nights for two adults and a child.Has anyone camped at Lake Eildon Delatite Arm Reserve - free camping spots. A group of us are heading off mid-August blokes W/E. A bit of 4WDing, maybe fishing etc.. will be cold!! Can anyone suggest a good spot?

The best part was its just a short walk up to one of the country pubs around, The Court House Hotel Jamieson. Open fires, good beer, great food and plenty of memorabilia to check out. You can then just stumble back down the hill back to the park.

Would be 40 years since I camped there, in WA now
