Hi All,

Prior to moving to the expanda outback we had a camper trailer from Ultimate, http://www.ultimatecampers.com.au . We have no affiliation with them but must still be on the mailing list and got an electronic brochure from them on a new release not yet on their website.

We moved to expanda as wanted more creature comforts and value for money. Be interested in hearing the groups thoughts on the concept.

Essentially the 2 models available at a intro price are $95k and $109k. Having just come back from 3 weeks away and hitting some high winds with the 18.57-9 OB I wonder how a camper trailer some 2.4 metres high and almost 6 metres long would go with a single axle. Would it sway?

Yeah saw this also at Rosehill, must say the hoopla surrounding this thing at the show with the roped off area really put people off especially if your looking at trying to get an insight to buying this thing and they have it like some VIP thing only. Oh well here's hoping they do well with sales but at 97k a fully tricked out Expanda would do me more than enough.

Looks like a boat LOL. Jokes aside, at 90k+ they can keep it.... I would say though for a rig of that size, a ball weight of 90 odd and tare of 1300 that's pretty good... Wouldn't swap my expanda for one though, no way...

Ugly ugly beast that one and way over priced. The best off road van we have seen is the Australian Offroad Quantum and that starts at over $80k. Our dream van but a long way off yet.

Wouldn't swap my Panda, but would swap the Kluger for the Disco. Sorry Kluger, you didn't hear that.
