Just Browsing how to remove silicone from fibreglass

Had a go at a mod and have managed to get selleys all clear smeared everywhere any tips on what to do and what not to do please

Just wait till it cures and it should just rub off after a bit of elbow grease, if its still fresh spray some water mixed with detergent on it and scrape it off with a paddlepop stick.

All clear is a bit different to normal silicone , not sure on that one, but there was a product years ago made by Shell called X55 that we used to use to clean silicone residue from off of fibreglass when I fitted boat windows

Citrus cleaner and elbow grease or once set a plastic scrapper will get it off

All good. Hadn't fully set. Used some turps and elbow grease and all is well. Washed area where turps was applied when finished to get any residue off. Thanks for everyones advice.
