This park is located on the Pacific Highway, just 300m from the city centre. The park was basic with no playground and clean, but simple ammenities. The sites were ample in size allowing for the van and awning, with the car along side. Concrete pads are in place for under the awning.
We stayed for a couple of nights and found the park peaceful and along the lines of parks we like (not overly touristy), since we rarely sit in one place for extended periods and with so much to see and do in the area, we had limited time in the park anyway.
Cost for 2 adults and 3 children was $47/night, which is quite fair, considering the prices we have paid in some not so nice parks.
