Great Escape Caravan Hire is located at the base of the Blue Mountains near Penrith (Sydney NSW Australia), just 5 minutes from the M4 if you are heading west, and a further 15 minutes to the M7 if you are planning to travel North or South.

Our custom made fleet are all well maintained current model pop-top caravans including an Expanda (16.49-1B). All you need is a car with a rated towbar to the specifications of our fleet, your personal gear, bedding, food and don't forget the camera. We will provide you with all the cooking equipment you will need to cook for six people plus an outdoor table and chairs, and even an outdoor BBQ

We supply a portable Redarc brake controller to customers who do not have a brake controller fitted with their tow vehicle. The controlled requires a 25amp cigarette outlet. The controller is attached to a cable that is threaded through the car to the 7 pin plug on the caravan. We provide training to all hiree's in the operation of the controller prior to departure. Our web site has a detail list of inclusion for each hire, but also information on "What you need to know" under the heading Hirer Information.

We currently have a 16.49-1B expanda, which is extremely popular with people who would like to "Try before they Buy", as a result we have just placed an order for the new 17.56.1 expanda.
