Found a right sized, and priced ($200)Ally toolbox at one of my trade supplies stores a month or so ago and finally found the time to get around to (Start) fitting it.
The spare wheel was always going to be a relocate job but have decided to source a winder and fit it up under the back of the van as close to axle as I can, instead of building some type of elaborate spare wheel holder, as I think a winder and couple of pieces of steel between the chassis will weigh a lot less.
So, plan of attack, move the gas bottles back a bit, move the jockey wheel forward a bit and fix the Tool box in the middle.

Took off the Gas bottles & Brackets sat the tool box in place and marked out where everything would fit

Cut off the Bottle brackets, moved them back a couple of inches and welded them back on, don't forget to disconnect the Battery(s)(Both Leads) in the Van

Coat of Zic rich gal paint then duragal silver to try and match in

All fitted up....sort of, NExt step down to Autopro in the Morning to see if they have a Jockey wheel mount and then try and find a spare wheel winder, I have phoned the trailer parts supplier and he says they dont have them and the best place is to try a 4WD wreckers, does anyone know where I might be able to buy one
