So I noticed a few weeks back that one side of our Wdh fittings on the a frame was a bit loose and seemed to be in a different spot to the other one on the a frame.

Can I just measure the length of the other one and then move the loose one and tighten? Or does it need to go back to jayco?

Measure against the tight one, so the chains are straight up and down and the tighten it in place. You won't need jayco to do this.

This happens when they are not tight enough and you go around a corner.
I bet you can also find the original position by looking at the scrape marks the bolt left in the a frame as it moved position.
