External Shower Head Mount

anyone have any pics or thoughts on a good mounting for the hand held external shower so it can stay at above head height ?

I use a pop up shower tent and a pole I made up with the shower head holder on the end of it , the pictures very vague but I hope u get the idea.

What about a suction cup and a bracket. Masters sell the brackets. I just replaced the crappy shower head with a nicer chrome one.
