One section of the 240 V power supply in the van has died, ie the power points beneath beds, including the one that water heater runs on, and under air conditioner. Rest of 240 V systems in van are OK, as is the 12V system. Have checked fuses in fuse box below fridge and all look ok. Is there another fuse somewhere, eg in the water heater, that could trip out just this section of the electrical supply?

The 240 V points in the van are a continuous loop, with each power point plugged into a previous point with a female socket on the power point and the next power point has a cable with a male connector to plug into the other power point. I'd just be checking the plugs are fully in on the working points to see if one is a bit loose otherwise, if all connected properly, then the first one in the loop not working is probably faulty.

Thanks for comment. I tracked the problem back to the junction plug where the 240V input splits 2 ways. One of the plugs had worked loose, so that circuit was dead. Fortunately able to access the plugs by removing the air vents over the air conditioner.

Yes. I always turn power off and disconnect power plug before playing around with the 240 V wiring.
