Hi.
Looking for some recommendations for a quiet serene campsite in or around Ebor NSW.

I've been checking out the "places" site and noticed @chartrock has listed this area. As I've never been there, but am interested, I wondered if anyone has a goodie!

Unpowered preferred but flexible.

(Thora was another that sounded ok.....)

Just getting some ideas in place for something different around March next year.

I just had to google Ebor, never heard of it.

Hi @Dobbie I did a run up the Waterfall Way some time ago, and stopped at Ebor for a look at the waterfall but did not camp. I can't remember if there is a free camp or caravan park but the scenery up that way is worth the trip.

I'll wing it but I like the look of the area. The national park has camping but I've read some negatives about the access and someone was reporting having stuff stolen from a free camp around there.

We've always just driven through the area on the way to somewhere else so we're looking for a meander ....will report back.

Used to ride the bikes from Melbourne to Bellingen every year, could ride those roads every day.

We were warned about that by friends in Urunga so made sure we ate at the Dorrigo Hotel while over that way

(Still waiting to hear if/when we have a van so we can avoid the local pub)
