Exterior Difficult press studs on privacy screens.

Got sick of press studs on the privacy screen that would pop off all the time or were near possible to clip in.
The fault was Jayco had used the wrong screws. They had used round head Phillips. I replaced them with countersunk Phillips. All good now. Just another thing you shouldn't have to do. Glad I always take tools away!

Yep I posted same about two years ago macca. I also relocated the press studs in line with the buttons on the screens. Fixed my problems as well.

Another thing you can do to fix loose press studs is to tap the male stud square on with a flat face hammer to spread the rim out a smidgin.
