17' Series Current price for 17.56-2 OB

Hi All,

We are located in NZ and are about to order our first Expanda and the pricing here seems much more expensive than what I have seen in other posts even after taking shipping and currency conversion into account.

Has anyone recently purchased a 17.56-2 Outback (within the past few months) and would you mind sharing how much you paid with or without any options.

I paid 47K AUD 17-56-2 OB with extended draw bar and a change inside removing the 2nd seating and bunk bed and replaced with cupboards, new Bed end covers and water filter. I picked mine up late Nov 2014

Price was rolled up in the 47K but I think that they talked about $700

@Matt Coombe we paid 53000 delivered toPerth for comparison. Ext drawbar, ESC, 2nd battery and storm covers all included. Next one we will drive over and pick it up from Melbourne. I've heard it knocks around 5-6 off but it's not an option when you are inNZ.

I have a price list given to me by the Brisbane dealership in October 2014 which has 17.56-2 /Touring for $45,850
and Outback for $50,100.

Price in NZ works out to be about $56k NZD for the 17-56.2 OB with a few extras so by the time you factor it seems like that is about right after taking shipping and exchange rate into consideration.

Now the anxious wait for it to arrive...

Hi @Matt Coombe, we took delivery of our 17.56-2 OB late last year for a lot less than others have mentioned, with a stack of options. It does pay to get them on a good quiet day and at end of month also.

Paid $45000 for 10/14 built outback with ext draw bar, fixed bunks, Drifta display, stereo inside n out, additional tv points with antenna, stone guard plus other stuff I cant think of.....brand new

Plenty of room to move with prices.
