we recently stayed at this nice little park and thouroughly enjoyed our stay the people that run the park are very nice and helpful. we found the public transport system which can be caught just up from the entrance easy to use and made our stay in melbourne easier to get around ( and non expensive). the park itself had a very well equipped camp kitchen and plenty of heating for those cold nights ,including large gas heaters outside for the undercover tables/eating area.the park was very children friendly, our children found the morning bird feeding near the office great and had to be there every morning for this event.lots of shade for summer , jumping pillow and good playground.you would think that you are in a bush setting and not in the middle of melbourne.only about 25 km from central melbourne.
