Just cancelled our insurance with CIL on reading about the lack of theft coverage. The consultant didn't even ask why I was cancelling.
Have now insured with RAA, who provide a greater level of theft cover but capped at $500 per item. Policy is $60 cheaper per year too.
Spoke to Rai (female) and she was very helpful, checking the PDS to ensure the canvas ends are not an issue.
