Recently spent a week in Bright. There are a few good caravan parks in and around Bright, but this time we stayed at Pine Valley Tourist Park which was a lovely spot with lots of autumn colour. The park is close to the centre of town and although it is not on the river it has a pool and a jumping pillow. Lots of families there and a great spot for bike riding, around the park and along the creek opposite. It's also possible to ride about 6 kms from the park to Wandiligong. Lots of other riding nearby, with the rail trail going all the way to Wangaratta. I rode from Beechworth back to Bright one day (80kms) along the trail, which was a great trip. Only negative about the park is some of the sites are on the small side, but there's many that will fit expandas of different sizes. We would stay here again.

Yep......can certainly vouch for how good Bright is.
We head up there every Melb Cup long weekend in November for the past 6 years or so.

We stay in the Big4 though, so can't vouch for that park.
Not as many facilities (like pool or jumping pillow) for kids but it is quite small and not crowded at all.

Beautiful spot.
